Looking ahead:
The Merrimack College Warriors are currently 4-10-1, stand 52nd in the country, and 10th in hockey east. Merrimack is set to play Providence College and Northeastern University this upcoming weekend on Friday and Saturday. Both Providence and Northeastern are ranked in the top 20 teams in the country, with Providence sitting at 14 and Northeastern sitting at the 13th spot in the current pairwise rankings.
This seasons history against Providence:
Merrimack lost the last two games against Providence College with the score of 7-2 at Merrimack on Friday, November 16th and then fell to the friars again the following night November 17th with the score of 7-5. On Friday November 16th when it looked like the Friars would get a shout-out win when Freshmen Chase Gresock got the Warriors on the board with 6:22 left in the third period, Juniors Tyler Irvine and Patrick Kramer got the assists on Gresocks goal. Not a minute later Junior Warrior Tyler Drevitch would score yet another goal at 6:44.  He was assisted by Senior Alex Carle and transfer student Tyler Heidt. Craig Pantano started the game but fellow Senior goaltender Drew Vogler took over in net at 7:44 left in the second period.
The following night, the Warriors put five goals on the board. Freshman Logan Drevitch, younger brother of Junior Tyler Drevitch, got the Warriors first goal to tie the game 1-1 in the first period at 10:51. Juniors Sami Tavernier and Winnipeg Jets draft picked Junior Johnathan Kovacevic to pick up the assist on that goal. With just a minute left in the first period, Junior defenseman Johnathan Kovacevic got the Warriors on the board with 19:01 left in the 3rd period.  Juniors Tyler Irvine and Sami Tavernier got the assist on that goal. Coming out of the gate into the second period, Senior Captain Michael Babcock scored only 4:41 into the second period. That goal was unassisted. Later in the period Freshman Chase Gresock scored the Warriors 4th goal with 13:59 in the second period. Senior Michael Babcock and Junior Tyler Irvine would get the assist on the goal after two quick goals scored by the Friars to shorten the lead to 5-4. The Warriors last goal came from Freshman Chase Olsen with 14:36 left in the 3rd period assisted by Freshman Jordan Seyfert and Sophomore Simon Loof, who just recently left the program to return to Sweden for personal matters. Senior Craig Pantano would receive the start in net that night for the Warriors.
This seasons history against Northeastern:

The Warriors last game was on the road at Matthews Arena in Boston on the campus of Northeastern University. Merrimack fell to Northeastern 9-1 with the Warriors only goal coming from Junior Patrick Kramer, who was assisted by transfer student Tyler Heidt and Senior Derek Petti at 6:29 in the first period. In goal for the Warriors was Sophomore Logan Halladay, a former Minnesota commit who gave up five goals in the first period, before Senior goaltender Craig Pantano took over in net.
