Corcoran commits to Merrimack

Written By Noah Cusack-Margolis Warrior interview #1 The Merrimack College men’s ice hockey program has been doing very well when it comes to bringing in top class recruits under the new head coach Scott Borek who was named head coach after former men’s ice hockey head coach Mark Dennehy was fired back in March. Dennehy spent 13 seasons with the warriors only appearing in one Hockey east championship game. One of Merrimacks commits comes from a 1998 born goaltender James Corcoran who will be arriving at merrimack in 2019. Corcoran who played for Walpole high school also played for the winchendon school was invited to the Boston Bruins development camp last summer. I interviewed Corcoran when he committed back in March, here are clips of the interview.  Q: You are a very good goaltender and I am sure that you got many division one offers, what stood out to you at merrimack that didn’t stand out at other schools? A: Well Merrimack was my first offer but it was the School t
